Who We Are
NJHCC Outreach Ministries is a nondenominational healing and deliverance ministry based on the Word of God. The foundational scripture is, “And he said unto them, Go ye into the world, and preach the gospel to every creature” (Mark 16:15). NJHCC is a body of Christ formed by God to get his lost sheep and bring them back into the fold by giving them the spoken Word of God breathed by the Holy Spirit with love and compassion.

Our Mission
The mission of NJHCC Outreach Ministries is to be a light in the community. We are Servants of Christ to the people of God. If you are looking for a place of healing, refuge, support and love, come and share your gift from God and find your purpose. We represent Christ purpose for all peoples no matter what.
Our History
New Jerusalem Holy Christian Church (NJHCC) was founded on December 1, 2014, by the late Pastor Michael Lavon Watkins, who was ordained and licensed as a Minister in 2007 under Bishop Haywood Polk Sr. and became Pastor under Apostle J. Edward Fisher of Saint Center Ministry, Copperas Cove, TX. By the call of the Lord Pastor Michael Watkins and his wife Pastor Raquel Watkins started New Jerusalem Holy Christian Church in Killeen, Texas. Pastor Watkins went home to be with the Lord in November 2018 and Pastor Raquel Watkins was left to carry the mantle of the church. The name was changed to New Jerusalem Outreach Ministries to encompass the mission, vision, and goals of the church.
Our Beliefs (Statement of Faith)
We Believe Our Father in Heaven Gave Us Jesus Christ as His Begotten Son as Sacrifice for our Sins!
We Believe Jesus Christ is the Living Son of God Who Lived, Died and was Resurrected so that We May Have Everlasting Life!
We Believe Christ is the Head of the Church and We Are Servants of Christ Who Teach, Preach, and Witness the Word of God.
We Believe in the Power of the Holy Ghost, who Manifests the Power of God in the Body of Christ, The Church!
We Believe when We Call on the Name of Jesus, We Can Lay Hands on the Sick and They will be Healed, Cast out Devils in Jesus Name and Speak in New Tongues!
Christ is the Cornerstone and We Are the rocks which build the Church! We Are Saved by the Blood and Filled with the Holy Spirit!!
And I say to you that you are Peter, and on this rock I will build My church; and the gates of Hades (death) will not overpower it [by preventing the resurrection of the Christ]. (Matthew 16:18-19)
